Get Ready For Summer! Weight Loss Tips

Are you all ready for summer? With Spring solidly here and summer rapidly approaching, many of my patients want to shave off a few extra pounds before the swimming season starts. Here are a few of the most important things you can do to lose those extra pounds and keep them off this year:

1) Walk 10,000 steps/day

2) Watch less than 2h television/day

3) Avoid sugar-sweetened beverages

4) Avoid fast food

5) Eat breakfast every day

6) No late night meals and snacks
