Leave a Bite …
Practice leaving a bite of food on your plate at the end of every meal. This exercise can be very helpful if you feel the need to always “clean your plate”. Feeling compelled to clean your plate can lead to excess calories when faced with a large plate of food at a restaurant or when served as a guest in someone’s home. Scraping that last bite of food in the trash may feel difficult at first, soon the control you have over that food will feel great!
